1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 318 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must cease using our platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 318 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The 318 platform is accessible only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users who register with false information or who are below the minimum age requirement may have their accounts suspended without prior notice.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 318 platform. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number. 318 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 318 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately.

  • Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Log out of your account after using a shared or public device.
  • Report any suspicious activity to the 318 support team immediately.

3. Payment & Transaction Information

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 318 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and approved digital payment options.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within a short timeframe depending on the method used. Withdrawals are subject to internal review and verification processes and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.

318 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other activities that violate Malaysian law. In such cases, 318 may freeze the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities without requiring prior consent from the user.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered bank account name matches the name on their 318 account. Any discrepancy may result in delays or rejection of withdrawal transactions. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change and will be communicated via the platform.

4. User Responsibilities & Liability Limitations

Users agree to use the 318 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Fraud, match manipulation, or any form of collusion with other users.
  • Using automated software or scripts to access or exploit the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt 318's systems or servers.
  • Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law.

318 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, technical failures, or any circumstances beyond our control. In all cases, 318's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the active deposit balance held in the user's account at the time of the incident.

5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Account Suspension & Closure

318 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a breach, account balances may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons may request a review through our customer support channels.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 318 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, images, and software code — is the exclusive property of 318 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from 318.

Third-Party Links

The 318 platform may contain links to third-party websites. 318 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

318 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 318 platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
